Dear Clients,

I have recently accepted a job with the City of Boulder, helping to administer their low- and moderate-income homeownership program. As a result, I will be transferring my law practice to two local attorneys who I know well and who I am confident can handle your legal matters with the highest degree of expertise and professionalism. I want to thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving you over the past ten years. Your trust has meant a great deal to me.

The attorneys who will be taking over my practice are:

  • David P. Dougherty, who practices estate planning, probate and business law, and
  • David G. Eisenstein, a member of the law firm of Wells, Love & Scoby, LLC, whose practice emphasizes real estate law, land use, and zoning and planning.

I have known David Dougherty for ten years and have attended classes that he has taught. He has been practicing for eighteen years.

I have worked with David Eisenstein on numerous real estate projects. He has been practicing for more than thirty years.

I feel confident that these attorneys will meet your legal needs and provide you with the same level of service and expertise that you have come to expect from my firm.

However, if you prefer to choose a different attorney, you may arrange to pick up your files from my office on or before February 7, 2010.

If I do not hear from you by that date, I will transfer your estate planning, probate and business files to David P. Dougherty and your real estate files to David G. Eisenstein.

You can continue to reach me at (303) 527-3462 or rachel@maizeslaw.com.

Once again, I thank you for allowing me to serve you.

Best wishes,

Rachel Maizes, Attorney at Law
